If I could give this place lower than a 1 star rating I would. I have been TRYING to cancel my membership since June and I’m still being charged. Not only am I still being charged but it’s been random times each month and this month they have charged me TWICE!!! I’ve been into the facility twice now to cancel it and filled out my forms and I’m still being charged. They have overdrawn my account with their random billing cycles numerous times including today. It’s not that much a month but when I’m barely making ends meet as it is and all the sudden I’m down 40 dollars this month for a place I haven’t even attended since early June. it’s becoming beyond frustrating. I’m at the point where I have to cancel my bank account. I don’t even want to try to go through the process of trying to be refunded because I know nothing will happen and I’ll probably just get charged again. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED.

Great place so far. I have some small issues with the customers though. Some of them never clean up the machines after they use them, but you can’t blame the staff for that. The only suggestion I would have is to install a couple more massage beds. They’re always full when I get there!
