  Walked in with no wait and got a stylist named Josie. The whole experience sucked. I paid but am totally unhappy and just told her to forget it and left with my hair unfinished. Let's start with the shampoo there was nothing shampooed roots wise no massage finger movement or anything just a bunch of suds. From there to the blowdry where she never sectioned off the hair, just would grab sections and blow across the head. I did say something but nothing changed. Then to the flat iron, same thing, no parting grabbing sections not flat etc...said something again and continued to watch her abuse my hair. So I left, walked out got a review on my experience and the regional manager called me. Left a message, I didn't call back. She called again which i appreciated I shared my story she apologized was concerned and thanked me for the feedback. She said it will be addressed and the lady will be retrained and addressed, She offered to send me something but I said it wasn't necessary I wanted to provide feedback not gain anything free. She insisted as it was important to give them another try as this should not be my experience. I appreciated the regional manager's support and positivity and value in pleasing customer's. While I will try Hair Cuttery again, I have to be honest with my review fellow and share this location is not acceptable and I will not go there nor recommend them. Stay away from this location!
